Credence has an immediate need for an Intelligence Force Management Specialist Support at Shaw aFB, SC supporting AFCENT ISR. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Assist with coordination on all intelligence requirements necessary for CAOC operations, QRCs, and other theater operations to ensure requirements are properly requested, staffed, maintained, tracked, and sourced through the Global Force Management Allocation Plan, Time Phased Force Deployment Data, and Unit Type Code systems.
  • Serve as SMEs in 9AF (AFCENT) deployed operations IAW AFI 10-403 and AFI 10-401.
  • Support coordination with 9AF (AFCENT)/A1, 9AF (AFCENT)/A3, Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), ACC Global Force Manager, HAF/A2, USCENTCOM, and AOR units to ensure task completion.
  • Support the A2 in programming/planning for deployed operations within the USCENTCOM/9AF (AFCENT) AOR.
  • Provide expert analytic support through authoring and critical review of Force Management, Manpower, Manning documents and products in support of Intelligence force projections, planning and bed down requirements.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate entities within 9AF (AFCENT), USCENTCOM, ACC, HAF in order to ensure deployed locations can support Intelligence activities.
  • Maintain specialized access and operations in Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segment (DCAPES), Military Personnel Execution System (MPES) and other common Manpower systems pertinent to supporting Intelligence activities in planning, programming Intelligence requirements.
  • Provide expert analytic support through authoring and critical review of Manpower related products, ensuring an emphasis on potential implications to 9AF (AFCENT) operations. These products may include, but are not limited to PowerPoint presentations, formal messages, background papers, and items of interest, RFI answers, and staff summary packages for general officers, CAOC/9AF (AFCENT) staff and supported units.
  • Attend conferences, approximately 5% travel time.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility is required.
  • Formal Manpower Training with eight (8) years’ experience
  • DCAPES experience
  • 9AF (AFCENT)/USCENTCOM AOR deployed experience
  • Component / (MAJCOM) Functional Area Manager (FAM) experience: desired
  • MPES experience, desired
