Credence has an immediate need for an Operational Requirement Systems Planner to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A & AS) and deliverables in support of the 9AF (AFCENT) Intelligence Directorate (9AF (AFCENT)/A2) Directorate mission in the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR) and Shaw Air Force Base (AFB), SC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Develop, analyze, and submit documentation regarding operational requirements and corresponding concepts of operations for the employment and sustainment of ISR related technologies. These products shall provide the basis for the cogent planning, programming, and prioritization of fiscal resources required to meet nationally directed standards, Unified Command / USAF directives, and CAF employment requirements for operations during peace, crisis and war.
  • Conduct interoperability analyses to ensure the compatibility of emerging ISR technologies with Combatant Command / USAF directives and existing / programmed ISR and C2 components. These components shall include air, space, land, and sea-based ISR collection platforms, Processing, Exploitations and Dissemination Systems, and forward/rear operating C2 elements.
  • Maintain currency with ISR discipline-specific technologies under development and operationally fielded to maximize opportunities for multi-intelligence correlation and fusion.
  • Identify the requirements for the AOC and ensure the ISR Division portion of the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) is duplicated for the CFACC designated location.
  • Devise and document strategies to synchronize the insertion of new ISR correlated/fused data with the efficient planning, direction, and operational employment of theater aerospace, ground, and naval forces.
  • Provide support for all intelligence planning and exercise functions for 9AF (AFCENT)/A2. Interface with 9AF (AFCENT) CAOC, USCENTCOM, 16AF, Headquarters Air Force (HAF)/A2C, HQ ACC, and other unified commands and agencies on all matters relating to intelligence estimates and plans. Support the establishment of intelligence plans and programs to support adaptive/deliberate planning, crisis action planning, Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) contingency operations, and related exercises for the USCENTCOM AOR. This includes writing well thought-out inputs to the Base Plans and Annex B w/Appendices.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must have active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or six (6) years’ comparable USAF experience
  • Minimum four (4) years’ USAF ISR experience
  • Applied understanding of ISR technologies in various stages of development, applicable ISR community systems and planning, advanced concept technology demonstrations, and commercial sector research and development initiatives
  • Experience working in an AOC and deployment(s) to the USCENTCOM Theater of operations
  •  Project management experience, preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Job may require the employee to be:

  • In a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed
