Credence is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide direct support to the WIO Directorate within the DAG Support (SSIO) Portfolio at Space Systems Command (SSC). This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of front office functions, task management, and coordination across directorates. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of operating in a high-tempo, classified environment.
Full salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.
Front Office Operations:
Manage daily administrative functions including scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination (in-person and virtual), visitor control, and correspondence tracking.
Task Management:
Maintain and update the PI Tasker Spreadsheet or equivalent system to track task assignments, distribution, status, and completion. Ensure timely reporting of task status to government leads.
Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items for staff and leadership meetings. Ensure conference rooms are maintained and ready for use.
Document Control & Records Management:
Maintain classified and unclassified records in accordance with SSC protocols. Ensure all documentation is stored on government-approved systems (e.g., Electronic Filing Plan or secure safes).
Security & Facility Oversight:
Ensure proper safeguarding of sensitive materials and physical spaces. Coordinate with security personnel for Visitor Access Requests (VARs) and facility access.
Travel Coordination:
Support travel planning through the Defense Travel System (DTS), including itinerary creation, lodging, transportation, and read-ahead materials.
Ability to lift in excess of 25 lbs, standing for long periods of time, traveling across base regularly, transporting equipment, etc.
