Credence has an immediate need for a Program Execution Group Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Engineering Directorate (AFLCMC/EN-EZ) at WPAFB, OH. The Engineering Directorate (AFLCMC/EN-EZ) has the collective AFMC mission responsibility for preeminent engineering expertise to acquire and support war-winning capabilities. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements in support of AFLCMC/EN-EZ, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.

AFLCMC/EN-EZ is headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) OH with major units located at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) FL, and Hanscom AFB, (HAFB) MA, as well as additional locations across the United States (US). The Engineering Directorate is currently organized into the following divisions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Will plan, assist, coordinate, draft, follow-up and execute corporate processes.
  • Shall assist with the planning and drafting of the monthly acquisition report.
  • Will assist with the coordination of briefings, papers, and inputs to ensure continuity and standardization over time.
  • Shall assist with consolidating information for, generating charts, and facilitating staff meetings for senior program management. Charts include data from various tracking systems, including but not limited to travel, accountability, calendars, top issues, suspense’s, and personnel actions.
  • Will assist with the maintenance and execution of the self-inspection checklist program.
  • Shall support the management and tracking of internal and external suspense tasks.
  • Will assist with planning and tracking award review boards, award and decoration packages, personnel performance reports and feedback.
  • Shall assist the directorate (and its members) with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages. The Contractor shall assist with consolidating package information that needs to be staffed to EN-EZ, AFLCMC, AFMC, the AF, and DoD and its various organizations in support of the program and leadership.
  • Will assist the front office group (and its members) with travel approval worksheets, to include drafting estimates and justification for the travel. The Contractor shall assist with consolidating and staffing travel requests as required.
  • Shall assist with consolidating information from the functional areas and leadership to draft reports and briefs as required. The Government will use the briefs for internal or external decisions as well as brainstorming sessions. The reports can be status reports for internal or external reporting as necessary.
  • Will assist with the employment of analytical methods or techniques to collect, analyze, and evaluate information required by the EN-EZ Division managers.
  • Shall assist with coordinating all EN-EZ Division’s top issues, activity reports and briefings for the Engineering Directorate staff meetings.
  • Will track, coordinate, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership IAW statutory and regulatory requirements.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, seven (7) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • May be required to lift 15 lbs.
  • May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a day
  • Some travel may be required
