Credence has an upcoming need for a Training and Exercise Manager at the Senior level to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the A23 Branch-Readiness Unit Support.
The primary function is to support and contribute to management, monitoring, and support to ACC intelligence training and exercise programs. The Contractor shall use knowledge of and experience with Air Force intelligence operations to support training requirements development, academic materials development, course maintenance, and other training related activities (e.g., Intelligence Initial Qualification Courses (IIQC), Intelligence Formal Training Units (IFTU), formal training courses, emerging training requirements). ACC/A23 is responsible for over sixty formal courses. The Contractor shall support ACC/A2 associated unit training programs, as required, to advise and assist with unit readiness (support provided to all subordinate NAFs, Wings, specialized programs). The Contractor shall provide experienced, qualified exercise planning and technical support to the USAF exercise, training, test, and readiness events (e.g., resolute hunter, blue flag, red flag, theater exercises, lead Wing exercises, LVC efforts). ACC/A23 maintains oversight of more than twenty exercise events a year.
