Credence has an immediate need for a Program Manager Health Professions Loan Repayment Program in support of the Air Force Institute of Technology Civilian Institution Programs  (AFIT/CIP) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. 

 

The Air Force Institute of Technology Civilian Institution Programs (CIP) responds when needed by the Air Force to fulfill a new mission, take new direction, and to satisfy new requirements.

Once officers are selected by their respective force development teams at the Air Force Personnel Center, the AFIT Civilian Institution Programs staff is officially notified of selected individuals. Program Managers then work with the selected officers from selection through confirmation of graduation or program completion.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Responsible for managing the Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP) enrollments, creating and producing management reports on enrollment statistics, preparing payment vouchers, tracking payment processing, and otherwise assists and supports the HPLRP for the Healthcare Education Division.
  • Manage the enrollments using a Microsoft Access management system or similar integrated enrollment and loan-award tracking information systems.
  • Identify any conflicts with enrollees and published Defense Health Agency and Air Force policy for proper evaluation and routing to higher headquarters for policy interpretation.
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper records in compliance with the approved AFRIMS. Retention and disposition schedules will be followed for proper and timely destruction.
  • Provide the following to the responsible authorities when requested: program execution statistics and any enrollment completion records necessary for annual programming decisions within AFIT, the Air Force Medical Operations Agency, or other Headquarters-level agencies, including HAF SG/1-8.
  • Assist the Healthcare Education Division leadership and budget analyst with development, administration, consolidation, and analysis of program enrollment and financial data.
  • Prepare updates to the annual program announcement for final signature and public release review by HAF SG/1-8. Once signed, publish the approved content to the Air Force Medical Service’s Knowledge Exchange (AFMS Kx).
  • Resolve any other application or enrollment management related issues which present themselves during the development and execution of the annual program.
  • Provide other administrative support services to the AFIT/CIM staff in support of programs managed by the division to include, but not limited to:
    • Provide administrative support with various organizational databases.
    • Provide assistance with reports and presentation formatting
    • Assist with ordering office supplies and preparing lists for supplies/equipment to be procured by the Government office.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clearance: Tier 1
  • Bachelor degree in Education or Healthcare Management field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in higher education administration
