Credence has an upcoming need for an Acquisition Intelligence Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate Force Military Sales (AFSAC - FMS) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH.

 

AFSAC (Air Force Foreign Military Sales) is a team that develops Air Force FMS cases to enable global coalitions and support priorities of the six geographic U.S. combatant commands. Their mission is to deliver airpower capabilities to strengthen international partnerships and advance national security

 

This opening is slated to kick off 1 July 2025.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Provide intelligence analytic/technical support to FMS acquisition programs, to include travel CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Provide design and technical oversight of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Interoperability Studies under AFLCMC/WF2 supporting ISR platform FMS cases. Contractor will support execution and sustainment of ISR architecture for ISR platforms supporting integration of, but not limited to, MQ-9, RQ-4, reconnaissance pods, targeting pods, unmanned ISR, manned ISR operational use.
    • Accomplish data analyst activities to support security cooperation initiatives for WF2 including the following:
    • Research, analyze, identify, catalog, and decompose multi-INT requirements and capability gaps in conjunction with other security cooperation stakeholders and their relevant requirements organizations.
    • Conduct capabilities analysis, comparison studies, Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), and trade space analysis of ISR systems in the context of Government-specified CONOPs, theaters of interest, and technical architecture constraints.
    • Provide technical assessments, research papers, analytic reports, metrics, and briefings scoped to stated objectives and available resources associated with new and emerging technologies, signals, operational concepts, doctrine, and standards for ISR studies requirements.
    • Identify, analyze, and document interface specifications and related technical interoperability standards for airborne SIGINT and GEOINT sensors and associated support networks and ground systems.
    • Research, assess, define, and develop data standards and data models enabling interoperability of airborne SIGINT and GEOINT sensors, systems, and support networks within the Air Force and across the IC. These standards shall include those which are relevant and documented within the Unified Cryptologic System Standards View, IC Standards Registry, the DoD Information Technology (IT) Standards Registry, and specified by National cloud storage repositories.
    • Research and recommend CONOPs and Concepts of Employment (CONEMP) documents to optimize Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) sensors to address specific ISR capability needs.
    • Research and recommend SIGINT and GEOINT-related engineering specifications and architectures for future sensor and platform certification and accreditation.
    • Configuration-manage architecture, systems engineering, and related research and analysis products to include the tracking and adjudication of change requests and version control across multiple versions of products; Includes SIGINT and GEOINT systems hardware and software interface specifications.
    • Providing technical expertise in designing and implementing data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing; Includes the extent to which systems and devices can exchange data and interpret that shared data.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clearance: TS
  • ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Security Engineering and  twelve (12) years of experience, five (5) of which must be in DoD
  • Intelligence community experience, for example, National Security Agency (NSA) or National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC)
  • Expertise in writing technical intelligence products for engineering/ cybersecurity /acquisition community customers to include analytic/technical support to FMS acquisition programs
