Job Description:

Credence has an upcoming need for a Support Agreements/Conference Coordinator in support of Army INSCOM as the point of contact in the Comptroller’s office for agency-wide Inter-agency, Intergovernmental, and Intra-governmental support agreements at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

This opening is slated to kick off in the Spring or Summer of 2025.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Responsible for agreement management to include coordinating support agreements through task management system to command leadership for approval and execution.
  • Acts as knowledge management officer in maintaining support agreements and support agreement repository.
  • Conducts quality control of all agreements and acts as support agreement subject matter expert to ensure regulatory compliance and provide training to staff element and major subordinate command support agreement managers.
  • Must be familiar with DoDI 4000.19, AR 5-7, MOAs, MOUs, and FS 7600A/B.
  • Serve as the point of contact in the Comptroller’s office for all conference attendance and hosting requests agency wide.
  • Responsible for coordinating with stakeholders regarding various aspects of their request to include funding and compliance.
  • Provide quality control of conference management process and packet submission process and acts as conference management subject matter expert to ensure regulatory compliance and provide training to staff element and major subordinate command conference managers.
  • Responsible for review of conference request and coordination for command approval in task management system.
  • Acts as knowledge management officer of agency conference management website.
  • Ensure conferences are properly reported by the agency and must be familiar with AR 1-50.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI required.
  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Has a minimum of 5 years DoD financial management experience
  • Substitute 4 additional years of DoD financial management experience for a Bachelor’s degree
  • Complete Fiscal Law and PPBE courses within 120 days of arrival on contract
  • Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
