Credence is seeking a Program Administrator/Coordinator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to project coordination and program support.
  • Under general supervision from Task Order Project Managers (TOPMs) and Program Manager, performs taks to onboard/offboard team members from Credence and sub-contractors as they perform technical work on the contract.
  • Assembles deliverables to the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and provides quality control checking for documents received from various team members.
  • Coordinates delivery of periodic deliverables with Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
  • Under the guidance of the Program Manager and TOPMs, responsible for assistance in overall management of the task order and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Assists in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of deliverables and works with team members to ensure timely completion of their trainings and certifications. Ensures completeness and validity of deliverables in accordance with CDRLs in the Task Order. Tracks any GFE issued to contract personnel.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar role

  • Ability to obtain (or existing) DOD Public Trust Clearance

  • Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite; Word; Excel; Access; MS Project; Power Point; Adobe Creative Suite; Visio

  • Experience as a program administrator/coordinator on a large software development or sustainment effort

 

Minimum Education:

  • Minimum Associates degree
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Written and verbal communication skills
