Credence has an immediate opening for an Acquisitions Logistics SME who will be primarily responsible for supporting HQ AFMC at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
Assist with transformation analysis and evaluations to include identification of process gaps, risks and vulnerabilities.
Support the conventional munitions Government lead in developing, updating and maintaining enterprise process documentation for AF munitions community to enable transformation and standardization of business processes.
Assist with development of an IT modernization strategy and implementation plan to support full FIAR compliance.
Provide support for HAF and MAJCOM conventional munitions strategies, to include participating in process development IPTs for improvement of requirements and allocation determination, acquisition processes, maintenance practices and SCM.
Assist with requirements definition, identify gaps in commonly used systems, including but not limited to the Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS), Combat Ammunition System (CAS), Agile Munitions Support Tool (AMST), Requirements Management System (RMS) and Reliability Asset Monitoring/Tactical Munitions Reporting System (RAM/TMRS).
Recommend data profiling and data quality improvement solutions if required.
Assist with standardizing business processes across the AF enterprise.
Provide analysis of internal and external enterprise business processes, policies and organizational goals to identify gaps, redundancies and inconsistencies. This includes analysis of current and future state documentation, review of existing business processes and identification of business best practices and areas for improvement.
Identify all modernization and/or transformational programs and initiatives having potential impact on process transformation.
Utilize and apply commercially accepted project management tools and applications in developing analytically-based recommendations for Government consideration.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
Possess and apply knowledge of supply chain data requirements and the relationships with other DoD munitions management systems
Experience with USAF munitions inventory management, munitions Supply Chain Management (SCM), base and depot munitions supply and warehouse functions, USAF wholesale and retail IT systems, business case studies, operational research and munitions maintenance, supply data and IT analyses
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
May be required to lift 15 lbs.
May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a day
