Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Unit-Level Intelligence (ULI) Systems Engineer to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA.

The ULI Systems Engineer shall be responsible for informing the ULI program managers on the feasibility of designs and implementation plans of complex ULI mission systems solutions ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the Organization and the needs of the ULI enterprise.

This position will support A25- ISR Systems/Capabilities- Fielding capabilities/SPOs

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

     

  • Review architectural designs and blueprints for network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

  • Evaluate existing networks and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Review design and implement plans of complex IT projects, including cloud migrations, virtualization initiatives, and enterprise-wide system upgrades.Shall define standards and best practices for IT architecture and ensure adherence across the organization.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to PMO to understand risk factors during and throughout the lifecycle of network infrastructures.

  •  

    Conduct regular assessments of networks to ensure alignment with industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Review network performance metrics and provide feedback on recommended adjustments to optimize efficiency and performance.

  • Serve as the PMO subject matter expert on IT architecture principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Stay informed about advancements in technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.

  • Inform and collaborate on enterprise documents on plans and policies.

  • Develop roadmaps and strategy for Zero Trust implementation and federation with the rest of the AF Intelligence Community and national mission partners.

  • Perform analysis of existing and available network tools for monitoring, configuring, updating, and optimizing to determine proper suite of tools to maintain networks.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

 

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.
  • Over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Job may require the employee to be:

  • In a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed.
  • Availability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required.
