Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Depot Maintenance Planning Support SME who will be primarily responsible for supporting HQ AFMC at WPAFB, OH.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
Assist with DM workload forecasting to include processing source of repair decisions by gathering and reviewing inputs from internal AF customers and sister-Service members and preparing packages for leadership approval.
Document decisions in the DSOR Automated Management System (AMS) and track the associated depot activation activities through supporting working groups, providing support for Public-Private Partnering development and issuing periodic reviews or other taskings until capability is established and verified with documentation provided and uploaded in the DSOR AMS.
Review capability establishment and ensure alignment to authorized decisions and recommended action for any disconnects.
Assist the USG with ensuring funded workloads are forecasted annually and are adequately supported through depot capability and manpower plans.
Assist the USG with drafting documentation to support staffing and writing and reviewing plans and policies.
Assist the USG with tracking execution of budgets and financial performance including customer orders variations, capacity availability, and carryover positions.
Assess and prepare charts on DM metrics for review and action in required taskings or in venues such as the AFSC Corporate Board, AFLCMC Product Support Integration Council (PSIC), Product Support Steering Board (PSSB), AF Day at the DoD Maintenance Symposium, and meetings with HQ AFMC leadership.
Assist HQ AFMC/A4/10 with preparation, review, coordination, staffing, and defense of manpower/capability planning requirements, requirement validation and decision packages associated with DM processes through the utilization of documented decisions, and current/future projected workload forecasting techniques and tools.
Assist with development of training on DM processes and deploy training to needed personnel.
Assist with process problem identification, root cause analysis, and aide in development of solution/mitigation strategies for implementation.
Access and use existing information and data infrastructure to track and analyze the organic DM program’s operational effectiveness.
Analyze data and make recommendations to assist HQ AFMC/A4/10 in implementing improved monitoring and tracking methods, as well as provide metrics to accurately document and report program status.
Review, analyze, validate and report metrics associated with organic DM logistical support to customers, MAJCOMs, Air Staff and DoD.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
MS/MA and ten (10) years of relevant experience or,
BS/BA and twelve (12) years of relevant experience or,
Fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience
Experience working with DM metrics, data analysis, and utilization of existing data infrastructure to track and determine operational effectiveness of organic DM
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
May be required to lift 15 lbs.
May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a day
