Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager supporting the International Affairs Directorate of the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) Command Staff Support contract.

Salary Range

Full salary range for this position is $197,000 to $215,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Strategic Analysis & Policy Development

    • Conduct research and analysis of existing international cooperative agreements to assess alignment with SSC PEO mission integration needs.
    • Develop strategic policy products and recommendations to support SSC/IA’s international engagement strategy.
    • Analyze space capability gaps and recommend international solutions to enhance warfighter support.
  • International Agreements & Disclosure Policy

    • Draft and review international cooperative agreements and National Disclosure Policy (NDP) exception packages.
    • Manage agreement staffing, tracking, and comment resolution matrices (CRM).
    • Coordinate agreement documentation across USSF, SAF/IA, and interagency stakeholders.
  • Engagement & Liaison Support

    • Facilitate and support international partner visits, key leader engagements (KLEs), and working groups (e.g., CAWG, OWG, SATCOM WGs).
    • Capture and disseminate detailed notes from classified and unclassified engagements.
    • Serve as liaison between SSC/IA and USSF HQ to synchronize regional priorities and global defense posture policies.
  • Program Integration & Technical Support

    • Translate technical program data into actionable international affairs products.
    • Support planning and execution of international working groups and forums (e.g., Space Engagement Talks, Combined Space Operations Forums).
    • Provide weekly summaries and activity reports to SSC/IA leadership.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • US citizen with an active secret security clearance is required.

  • Ten plus (10+) years of experience.

  • MA/MS degree.

    • Twelve (12) years' work experience may be subsituted for master's degree
    • Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years work experience may be substituted for a master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with USSF, SAF/IA, or DoD international cooperation offices.
  • Familiarity with SSC mission areas and space acquisition programs.
  • Experience with CRM tools and classified document handling.
