USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (USAID/BHA) is the lead federal coordinator for international disaster assistance. USAID/BHA provides and coordinates U.S. government (USG) international humanitarian assistance to save lives, alleviate human suffering, and reduce the physical, social, and economic impact of rapid and slow-onset disasters by helping people in need become more resilient to future crises. Team Credence, through the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance Support Contract (BHASC), provides operational and administrative support to provide and coordinate humanitarian assistance and maintain 24/7 response capability.

 

The Facility Management Specialist provides facility management and manages facility booking system, manages facility vendors to ensure facility hygiene, ensures stocking of all consumable goods and materials, manages the logistics for events and conferences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Documenting processes and standard operating procedures for facility management and operations;
  • Coordinating orders of office supplies and other goods and materials;
  • Manage vendors to ensure facility hygiene and cleanliness;
  • Secure locations for BHA conference and events and support event planning, assisting with meeting all building and Bureau requirements;
  • Assist with set up and teardown of conference rooms based on event requirements;
  • Create and manage calendar of events;
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.;
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: BS 0+ Years or HS 4+
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
  • Required to have at least US permanent residency with the ability to obtain and maintain Facility Access or have US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

 

Other Qualifications and Requirements

  • Ability to use office programs such as Google and Microsoft suites.

Full pay range for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, with the starting wage determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.
