Credence is seeking an Acquisition Specialist, SME to support one of Credence’s premier space programs where we are providing a broad range of acquisition capabilities and integrated program management solutions. This work will encompass space related research, development, production, operations & maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities directly impacting the Military Communication (MilComm) and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Directorate.

Salary Range

Full salary range for this position is $125,000 to $220,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Oversees Directorate/Division Action Group (DAG) contract personnel supporting Business Operations, Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution, Acquisition Reporting, Management, Communications and Media, and Government Audits.
  • Provide acquisition support across the following business functions:
    • Tools, processes, and procedures
    • Database maintenance
    • Document reviews and assessments
    • Reporting discrepancies, findings, and recommendations
    • Contractor recommendations
    • Routine and ad-hoc meetings
    • Meeting administration
    • Meeting material
    • Data archival
    • Functional trainings

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • DoD Secret security clearance is required
  • BA/BS in a relevant field is required, MA/MS degree is preferred
  • PMP certification is preferred

  • Ten plus (10+) years demonstrated relevant experience is required
