Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Schedule Analyst Specialist to support one of Credence’s premier space programs where we are providing a broad range of acquisition capabilities and integrated program management solutions. This work will encompass space related research, development, production, operations & maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities directly impacting the Military Communication (MilComm) and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Directorate.

Salary Range

Full salary range for this position is $125,000 to $220,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to achieve all program objectives.
  • Schedule and track deliverable progress across the following business functions:
    • Tools, processes, and procedures
    • Database maintenance
    • Document reviews and assessments
    • Reporting discrepenecies, findings, and recommendations
    • Contractor recommendations
    • Routine and ad-hoc meetings
    • Meeting administration
    • Meeting material
    • Data archival
    • Functional trainings
  • Develop necessary scheduling reports and metrics to enhance decision making capabilities
  • Assist with surge planning as needed

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Secret security clearance is required.
  • MA/MS Degree.

  • Ten plus (10+) years or related experience          

  • Abiility to excel in high-visibility or mission critical aspects

  • Performs all functional duties independently

  • Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
