Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Targeting Operations to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the A3/2D- DCGS Operations.

The Senior Targeting Operations shall provide SME support and knowledge of AF, DoD, and Joint targeting environments (including CCMD, JTF, AOC, unit-level, and reach-back targeting enterprises), Joint/DoD and AF targeting policy, guidance, and capabilities to provide advisory and consultation support on AF targeting operations. The primary function of this subtask is to support ACC A3/2D and ACC A3 staff with targeting SME to assist the staff to enhance operational employment and integration of AF Targeting capabilities across the force.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

Specific support tasks are as follows:

  • Provide targeting SME input for COMACC's convergence of AF DCGS, AOC, and Targeting Enterprises (Project Nexus); transforming the presentation of Air Power in future conflict scenarios.
  • Engage and integrate with 363 ISRW, AOC, and unit- level targeting enterprises.
  • Represent, integrate, and support AF Targeting equities across ACC A3 staff processes.
  • Assist ACC, Combat Air Forces (CAF), other MAJCOMs, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and IC in developing, monitoring, tracking, and managing production and revision of targeting policy, doctrine, and other guidance- related materials in support of ACC capabilities and systems, NAFs, AOCs, and units that are subject to Government review and approval.
  • Review, assess, and provide analysis of Joint, Service, and IC doctrine focusing upon USAF targeting interests.
  • Identify, evaluate, and assist ACC in integrating emerging targeting technologies, capabilities, and non-materiel solutions.
  • Attend various Joint, AF, ACC, and CAF meetings, working groups, and other targeting forums and monitor and advise ACC and AF on modernization and sustainment strategies.
  • Assist in developing and presenting assessments to ACC staff regarding various integration strategies in conjunction with targeting components and acquisition agents to mitigate risks posed to operational targeting components and assigned missions.

 

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

 

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.
  • Over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Job may require the employee to be:

  • In a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed.
  • Availability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required.
