Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a ISR Integration SME to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the A3/2D- DCGS Operations.

The ISR Integration SME shall support the implementation of COMACC’s vision to integrate AF DCGS, AOC, and AF Targeting Enterprises into a common digital environment with integrated workflows to speed and scale kill-chain activities (Project Nexus).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

Specific support tasks are as follows:

  • Assist in the facilitation and management of the Nexus Integrated Planning Team (IPT), and associated working groups, to monitor team’s tasking, production, and assessments, ensuring senior leader planning team vectors and timelines are met.
  • Conduct analysis to further the operational integration of AOC, AF DCGS, and Targeting enterprise capabilities.
  • Support and perform Capabilities-Based Assessment (CBA) and Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) analysis.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a plan of action and milestones (POA&M) to meet established IOC and/or FOC criteria for new operational constructs resulting from mission analysis and gap assessment.
  • Identify current processes, data flows, disparate program efforts, and pain points hindering Nexus implementation. This includes the integration of DoD/Service/MAJCOM-level transformation efforts to enhance targeting and kill-chain
  • Provide SME support to ACC Mission Thread Experiments and exercise development and/or modification, relative to Nexus.
  • Shall help summarize working group’s analysis and assessments for written products, oral briefings, or other formats for audiences at Directorate and Command staff level.
  • Assist in developing standards and quality control of all briefings and products.
  • Utilize the full spectrum of advanced analytic techniques to accurately portray researched findings to inform ACC leadership decisions, and present viable pathways to execute AOC, DCGS and Targeting enterprise convergence efforts.

 

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

 

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.
  • A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Typically identified as recognized Industry leaders for a given area of expertise. Subject Matter Experts typically perform the following kinds of functions:  Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs; Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

 

Job may require the employee to be:

  • In a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed.
  • Availability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required.
