Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Financial Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting HQ AFMC at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

 

The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) has the AFMC mission responsibility to: shape the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, and deliver responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and over-arching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations…resulting in war-winning expeditionary capabilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Provide program analyses, support planning and programming activities in support of the HQ AFMC/A4/10 input to the Agile Combat Support (ACS) portfolio.
  • Coordinate budget planning and formulation for all assigned logistics systems through coordination with logistics systems integrators, funds resource branch, the functional community and service providing program offices and will make updates to the Command Management System (CMS).
  • Perform program evaluation and analysis, including but not limited to:
    • Evaluation of inputs to program documentation, inputs for identification and development of program requirements or cost, schedule, technical, and program risks,
    • Evaluation of program documentation for budget execution plans. program baselines; work breakdown structures; and program risk assessments;
  • Provide evaluation and recommendations for Weapon System Sustainment (WSS) requirements for Centralized Asset Management (CAM) in the AFMC Portfolio in regards to risk weightings, assessment and preparing required documentation as part of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) input.
  • Assist with ensuring systems and upgrades are funded with correct appropriation, utilizing and applying working knowledge of financial systems to determine funding status.
  • Review and analyze program financial transactions in the Automated Business Services System (ABSS) or Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS) and recommend updates or changes, as required.
  • Review and analyze data and make recommendations on whether contract award documentation is compliant with fiscal regulations and laws.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
  • MS/MA and ten (10) years of relevant experience or,
  • BS/BA and twelve (12) years of relevant experience or,
  • Fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with appropriation law and proper use of various funds as mandated through authorizations, appropriations, regulations, or other governance is required

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • May be required to lift 15 lbs.
  • May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a day
  • Some travel may be required
