Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Program Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting HQ AFMC at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

 

The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) has the AFMC mission responsibility to: shape the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, and deliver responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and over-arching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations…resulting in war-winning expeditionary capabilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Develop and track tasking packages for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Develop issue papers and program updates for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Review Air Force and DoD policy documents for relevance to AFMC mission and responsibilities; contribute to editing documents for accuracy and effective policy
  • Engage with all Centers’ program offices as needed; frequently engage with the AFLCMC Program Offices and ALCs on issues specific to WSS requirement and executions.
  • Interface with Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Staff and Program Offices to help solve sustainment challenges and communicate concerns to/through HQ AFMC Staff.
  • Coordinate with other Divisions and organizations regarding Centralized Asset Management/ Weapon System Sustainment (CAM/WSS) concerns related to weapon systems.
  • Attend and participate in meetings for assigned areas of responsibility; summarize and track action items.
  • Assist CAM Technical Manager/AOs on development, testing, deployment, delivery, and sustainment of Sustainment, Planning, and Execution Reporting System (SPERS) IT.
  • Perform administrative functions, data clean-up and management, arranging workshops, creating of user stories, road mapping, user training and requirements capture for functional review and prioritization to support system upgrades and new releases.
  • Assist with messaging to user community and senior leaders Air Force wide.
  • Assist in Tracking Management Tool (TMT) management for the A4F Division.
  • Review Division staff packages for compliance with Command policy, effective coordination and sufficiency of content.
  • Ensure accurate TMT tracking of classified tasks that arrive to the division via Secret Internet Protocol (SIPR) network.
  • Manage AFMC Senior Leader CAM SPERS IT-related meetings.
  • Prepare meeting requests and schedule venue and attendees.
  • Assist with coordination of the MAJCOM position on topics by coordinating with relevant AFMC Center leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in development of presentation materials.
  • Track Division engagement with AFMC, Air Staff, DoD senior leader meetings, and other relevant stakeholder meetings.
  • Control access to the AFMC/A10N classified conference room.
  • Provide operator training to outside agencies using the facility.
  • Assist Division daily operations, to include but not limited to:
    • Support Electronic Record keeping.
    • Collect requirements and order supplies.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
  • Acquisition logistics experience working with Air Force weapon system program offices
  • Understanding of Centralized Asset Management (CAM) Weapon System Sustainment (WSS) and an understanding of sustainment requirements under depot repair, technical order management, sustaining engineering and contractor logistics support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office to include Project and software tools, such as Tableau
